1. Services

Saguaro Social Media provides paid advertising setup and management services, including ad platform configuration, tracking implementation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. Services are provided on an hourly or project basis as agreed upon.

2. Account Ownership

You retain full ownership of all ad platform accounts, analytics accounts, and any other accounts created or managed on your behalf. We will never lock you out of your own accounts.

3. Payment Terms

  • Setup fees are due upon commencement of work.
  • Management services are billed monthly for hours used at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
  • Ad spend budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms and are separate from our service fees.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your product or service.

5. Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time, and no advance notice is required. You will be billed for any hours worked up to the termination date.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep your business information, ad performance data, and strategy details confidential. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for case studies or marketing purposes only with your written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saguaro Social Media's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify existing clients of any material changes via email.
